I LOVE all animals, but especially dogs! I have three right now - two German Shepherds and a Pekingese. You're probably thinking that this is an odd trio... I would have to agree, but there is an explanation - I found a little Peke in April 2010 and fell in love with him. After I found his owner, my heart was broken and to ease my sorrow, I painted his portrait - this was my first official dog portrait. When my new Pekingese rescue club friends saw it they wanted me to paint their Pekes' portraits, too. And so my "career" as a dog painter begun. Since then, I have created numerous dog portraits and one kitty and I am constantly working on new commissions. To commission a pet portrait of your own, please email me.
