Most of my paintings are impressionistic landscapes, seascapes and narrative scenes. My paintings are created by using different colors of modeling clay much as painters use oil paints. I began clay painting in 1999. My early works portrayed Martha’s Vineyard, primarily in Gay Head (Aquinnah) and consisted of landscapes and water scenes.
